Sometimes total amount moved is as good as a higher rep set. Way to say "**** you, program numbers... I'm still here!"

Felt gud doin these again this wk. I'm suprised how fast my numbers r goin up, wish my bench wuld follow suit! Rode 72 miles this wk also.

I only compete with myself, just like the gym. Ear buds in, head down, get the fuk outa my way. I'm not really a cyclist. I got a mountain bike, backpack, n bad attitude!

I know it will pawg. Its just when i see one aspect of my lifting increase so dramatically I feel let down when the others dont.
