That's interesting, my injury was connective tissue and taking the BPC shot at the injury location made a tremendous difference. I took the job sub-q and not IM near the injury site (for me was my ankle). The TB helped but the BPC was the kicker that made a bigger difference.
What I am learning is BCP is superior for localized while TB for systematic.

I've run BPC for a while now. I def have some minor tears in my rotator cuff - like a lot of us do. When it flares up, I pin my delts sub Q and it goes away in a couple of days. It used to take weeks. Other then that, I just pin sub Q in the belly. I do 1/2 mg of TB 500 EOD. I'm trying a new protocol now where I pin 1/2 mg BPC day 1, 1/2 mg TB Day 2 and repeat. So 1/2 mg of each EOD. Will see how that works. Really running with this to see if I can keep costs down. The peptides really have been great for me, but i'm trying to explore a bit and find the lowest dose I can possibly take while still getting most of the good effects.

My wife had major spinal surgery in her neck 2 years ago this month. She has been getting a lot of inflammation and discomfort in her neck the last month or 2. She had been asking me to give her the BPC, and I finally started her on 1/2 mg a day 2 weeks ago, pinning sub q high in her traps. She says she is really starting to notice a difference. I'm not sure of it's placebo or not - she has never taken any hormones, peptides, or anything. I'm probably going to run her a month on / month off.

Going to try BCP in the delt and keep TB in the belly.

TB has never done anything for me when spot injecting. I think the BCP is far superior to TB if you have to choose one. Whether your spot injecting, or just going sub q in the belly.

I do think there is a bit of synergy when you run them both together, but I'd never ever run TB-500 on it's own. I did it once just to see how it worked alone. I would run BCP-157 on it's own. BCP just seems to have a lot of nice effects on me.

I have to start running it again. i wasn’t localizing it just pinning it in my stomach like GH. i think ill try doing traps for my neck and back. and maybe in my arms as well. they ache constantly since i hurt all this stuff in the same fall. I had similar surgery to your wife a little less than two years ago. and had total left triceps reattachment 4 years ago and lost my left elbow bone and have a non-displaced fracture in the right arm that i’m gutting out until i need need surgery. but it has all just turned into arthritis…

hope she’s doing well. I think the surgery definitely helped but all the neck and back breaks are degenerative so even though my journey of spinal surgery probably isn’t over. My neurosurgeon hasn’t said that flat out but it seems very likely. See how this year goes. was able to get feeling a lot better during the summer. It’s sitting that makes it so much worse. standing/squatting/sitting certain places is fine sitting on anything rigid drives the numbness levels up.

In June I was a mess. the numbness had moved from just being down the limbs to getting total numbness from below my belly button to the top of my knees a few times a week. when they asked five times “are you having incontinence issues yet?” “Yet?” if I was pissing and shitting myself regularly you would hear about it believe me.

If you don’t mind me asking has she found anything that helps with the pain? The gabapentin seems to help a little but can make me tired. The steroid shots have been mixed. I’ve done it a few times. the first couple times they helped for a little while. Last time
I did them though he gave me a way more injections “i’ll keep going usually people can’t handle the pain of more than 3-4 of these but you are taking it really well” so he did a ton. However they ended up keeping me
up for like two weeks straight i felt like I was on crack. I called and they were just like yeah sometimes that happens.

Her surgery worked wonders. She hasn't had neurological pain since the surgery. Her necks gets really stiff a few times a year - usually coincides with the change in seasons. She's probably getting arthritis.

That’s awesome to hear.

Haha i wanted to get in to see her surgeon but it was like a ten month wait for a consult and he only took one insurance (which i could have switched to but it wouldn’t have kicked in until january so i would have to wait like 6 months to even book that consult.) And I needed to move quicker so I could use my shoulders and move my head so I could keep my house and feed my kids hahahaha.
