I hear u on that bull. Got home from work n crashed for 2hrs, woke, ate n rite back to bed for another 10 hrs! Getn the pipes cleaned this mornin, off to work, then dl's this afternoon. Have gud day everyone!

3 best songs shuffled one after the other n gym was empty, got loud n in the zone. Felt so confident, smiling the whole time. It's been a long time coming, 2 yrs ago was last real pr attempt

Beyond gud my brotha! I culd barely sleep last nite n am so pumped up still this morning. What a great coffee booster, so thankful my back has healed properly.

That was it for the wkend. My left knee been painful last 3 days, keepin it wrapped. Left knee just to the inside of the knee cap feels like a very tight rubber band, from just above knee cap to just below. It's squatterday but I may just go very light, fukd both my knees as a kid playin hockey. Its sore every step, let's see how it feels after work. 12 mile ride wasn't too bad on it
