Conventional Pull 585lbsX1 (was PR for the year but not overall PR).
Flat Bench 330lbsX1 (this was HUGE for me b/c I was sidelined for the first half of the year with a shoulder injury. Also not a overall PR)
Benched 440 lbs for 1 rep in a competition. Squat 495 for 5 reps. Dead Lift 455 for 3 reps. Leg Press 1500 lbs for 15 reps. Incline Bench Press 365 for 1 rep. Dumbell Shoulder press 100s for 8 reps full ROM. Hammer Curl 70 lb dumbells for 10 reps.

Flat Bench 355x1
Incline 315x 6
im way more of a pussy now. I dont really train heavy like this. I do the mountain dog style training with rest pause and it makes you look like a pussy but grow like a week.
Working singles: conventional pull 600lbs, flat bench 345lbs, and push press 255lbs. Hit them @ 295lbs on just TRT. These aren't PR's for me but I'm getting back to where I was before my shoulder injury.
