so...I did 660 on hack squat in high school
I was alot stronger then LOL. My current bench pb is 110lbs at 141...my upper body strength is up but still pathetic LOL. I did the 110 without a spotter, and I know I could have done more than 1 rep or at least another 5lbs...so I am slowly making strength gains...my last pb for bench was Jan. 9 @ 95lbs...so I am pleased
Dead and squat are both 1.5x my body weight 195 on both@ 130...I could have gotten a lil more out of both, but didn't have my belt...I haven't tried to see what it is since (about 6 months ago)
