415 for squat,350 DL, once squatted 315 17 times. I don't really like benching but 255 was the most i ever got flat.

well.... i did not get THIS much but i got 385 for squats:


lol hoping for a 320-330 bench tomorrow and a 520 deadlift Friday!

so...I did 660 on hack squat in high school :) I was alot stronger then LOL. My current bench pb is 110lbs at 141...my upper body strength is up but still pathetic LOL. I did the 110 without a spotter, and I know I could have done more than 1 rep or at least another 5lbs...so I am slowly making strength gains...my last pb for bench was Jan. 9 @ 95lbs...so I am pleased :)
Dead and squat are both 1.5x my body weight 195 on both@ 130...I could have gotten a lil more out of both, but didn't have my belt...I haven't tried to see what it is since (about 6 months ago)

Just hit 305 on flat bench on 2 reps which is the most I've ever done. I only weigh 158 so almost double my body weight. Cant stop there though gotta keep pushing

tonight I did 415 flat bench....at 34yo I have not lifted that heavy in a long time....it was gooooooood

Last week I nailed 325 x1 Flat Bench. Then did a Drop set with 225 for 15 reps. At 185 and 32yrs old. Aiming for 350 by the end of the Year..

Just started 5/3/1 so in a few weeks I'll re test all my Max's...Squats, Deads and Bench.

I maxed out on flat bench a few months ago and got 420 x2... My personal best...
