Post em up.Be it a weight pr or a rep pr!

I'll start last week I hit 445 on my deadlift and 335 on my squat.Both pr's for me !

315 for 19 on flat bench. just wanted to see what i could do with it. i wanted 20 but couldnt quite get it. i usually dont do this kind of thing with the high reps. thanks.

that is awesome RR! you are THE woman!!! im with pauli in that i dont know any woman stronger!


my PR on deads is 315 but when i get back to them i intend to do better than that. soon as the damn hammie heals :)

yes but how many reps or humps/pumps do you think you did lol.
First go round, maybe 200 in twenty minutes (after about 45min of foreplay).
Second go round, maybe 350 in 30ish minutes.
Third go round, at least 500, and thought I was going to pass out.
Fourth go round, I seriously considered faking it so I could go to sleep, but after at least, who knows, maybe a thousand pumps and multiple breaks to avoid having a stroke, I finally finished. I think my dick cried a little that night.

315 is GREAT as you are not a power lifter woman. most reg men cant pull that. be proud!

Before all my injuries, the only rep count I remember for sure was pushing 225 for 29 reps.... not that impressive, but at the time when I was younger it seemed ok :)

PR- 425lb bench, very proud of this since I was trying to get atleast 385 as my goal. I weighed about 235 when I did it. big shout out to test e/eq for the help lol
