I went 14 minute straight beating the hell out of the heavy bag in the garage last week. Well as close to beating the hell out of it as I could muster. felt like my heart was going to come out of my chest.

First go round, maybe 200 in twenty minutes (after about 45min of foreplay).
Second go round, maybe 350 in 30ish minutes.
Third go round, at least 500, and thought I was going to pass out.
Fourth go round, I seriously considered faking it so I could go to sleep, but after at least, who knows, maybe a thousand pumps and multiple breaks to avoid having a stroke, I finally finished. I think my dick cried a little that night.

I know this was a while ago for the above post but I just spit out my coffee reading this for the first time! Similar to the texas chili cookoff email from years ago on the humor.

Flat bench 315lbs, incline 225 x 8,deads 315 lbs x 4, squat 315lbs. Curl 135 lbs. Will be 2 years lifting steady in april 2013. Not impressive numbers but a huge difference from when i started. I neglected my legs for the first 6- 8 months.

dled 485 x 2(x 4 or 5, dont remember) 510 for some singles is coming up. should be a jolly good show

405X8 is the most I ever did on flat bench. It was in 2011. I weighed around 250 at the time.

Squat 860 (900 with chains in the gym)
Bench 501 (515 in the gym)
Dead 705 (715 in the gym)
