Nothing wrong with 370 for 5 brother... at least you're squatting whats your 1rep max around 405lbs?
I got 405x2 after doing 365 x 5 a couple weeks ago. With proper food and not working out at lunch in a pinch, I think I could get 420-430....this (yesterday) was my first time squatting in two weeks after I hyperextended my elbow....spent a few days in a sling and stretched everything to shit. So all things considered, in a couple months, I think I'll be repping 405 for 3-5 as I've been squatting much differently with some tweaks from POB and BI that have helped these numbers shoot up quickly.....no wraps and barefoot yesterday so ya, I think there's more in the tank.
thanks for the encouragement....I'm still new at pushing heavier weights....real new at it.
First meet in October, hoping for 460+ and I'll be on a bunch then too
