Second week of gear so no effects yet but I pulled 525 at 240lbs. I recently had surgery on my knee and really set me back. So my legs are getting strong again. I'm getting back to the fours thanks to pillar for getting me started on box squats and sumo deads. Means alot to me brother specially since I got 525 today with straps and a belt.my bench blows a big one but I can also do around 405. Pretty bad when my dl is way ether than my squat and my squat matches my bench lmao. Soon everybody soon. Watch out cause I'm on massive amounts of that cell tech so I'm ready to jump up lol

Keep it rolling Herm... Maybe one day you'll let me dick around with your programming and get you almost as big and strong as me :D

I hit a PR today too...

I was pulling 495 for doubles for two sets. Pulled the first set piece of cake. Good speed. Second set I let my air out at the top of rep one. Put it back down and couldn't come back up with it... Tried though. And sharted a bit. That's my first deadlift shart.

800 leg press for 2, 245 squat for 2, 255 dead for 1, 45lb db curls for 6, 45 lb db military press for 6, bench 225 x2 ( week chest) 225lb seating calf raises for 20 haha.

A few years ago now man ~ but 50km runs have become a pretty regular weekend run for me though. Even with the lifting I'm still able to knock out a 4hr marathon at the drop of a hat. That 69km mountain run literally beat the shit out of me !!
