Ya I hear ya on the hungry point. I think it's all mindset and how much control you have over yourself. I smoked a lot through prep and only went off diet once due to getting way to high before a planned refeed.I smoke a fair amount of cannabis. Paranoia is strain-based. Some strains I get very very paranoid and other strains I feel nothing but just chill.
Can't say if it raises cortisol levels but if it's creating anxiety and stress then more than likely I guess it could.
My only problem with cannabis is it makes me hungry as hell. And I don't always make the best decisions so I've really got to keep that in check
I mainly get high just to wind down if I'm in the state of mind that it will actually do that for me cause sometimes it causes emotional discomfort, anxiety, negative emotions. I'm curious what your thoughts on that would be. I always feel it's due to my current hormones at different times. I'm good at reasoning with myself though.I consume cannabis daily.

What is it that you're trying to actually gain? I would tweak your consumption based on TAC and terps - happy to explain more depending on when you're training, consuming, hydration levels, etc
