Sativa by day...Indica by night. There's a dispensary near me that has an Indica/CBD/Melatonin blend. Take one of those gummies and you sleep like a rock!

I even enjoy Indicas preworkout. The mind body connection is still strong (like sativas) and people the watching is better lol.

I smoke a fair amount of cannabis. Paranoia is strain-based. Some strains I get very very paranoid and other strains I feel nothing but just chill.


Can't say if it raises cortisol levels but if it's creating anxiety and stress then more than likely I guess it could.


My only problem with cannabis is it makes me hungry as hell. And I don't always make the best decisions so I've really got to keep that in check
Ya I hear ya on the hungry point. I think it's all mindset and how much control you have over yourself. I smoked a lot through prep and only went off diet once due to getting way to high before a planned refeed.
Sometimes it hinders me and sometimes it helps me. I find that balance of being able to read your current state of mind in order to know if getting high will be a good thing or a struggle is key. Still haven't mastered it lol

What is it that you're trying to actually gain? I would tweak your consumption based on TAC and terps - happy to explain more depending on when you're training, consuming, hydration levels, etc
I mainly get high just to wind down if I'm in the state of mind that it will actually do that for me cause sometimes it causes emotional discomfort, anxiety, negative emotions. I'm curious what your thoughts on that would be. I always feel it's due to my current hormones at different times. I'm good at reasoning with myself though.
Is there benefits to mass gain with cannabis use?

Been using it for 35yrs recreationally and pre-workout with really good results. It does give me anxiety occassionally (raises my pulse 10-15bpm) but I know now that if I'm feeling anxious about something I just don't smoke.

I occasionally will have half a gummy (5mg) when I'm wound up. Like indica mixed with CBD or CBN. It's not very often, I can feel the difference in mental acuity the next day, and I don't like being in crowded places with people I don't know. It's more of a solo unwind thing for me. Doesn't really make me paranoid, but I don't like not feeling present.

marijuana use and building muscle is complex and can vary from person to person. It's important to pay attention to how marijuana affects your body and adjust your usage accordingly to align with your fitness goals and overall well-being.

I only deal with the best licensed growers.
I’ve had half a dozen MMJ cards in as many states and know a lot of state certified growers and licensed manufacturers.
I’m a disabled veteran and use medical marijuana for all sorts of purposes.
