lol hell no. the light paused squats I do are probably the most exhausting lift on squat day. I am pretty sure more sets or heavier would a special kind of pain

You wind up with a special love/hate relationship with the bar....

Well... I've been up all night with diarrhea and so let's just say I didn't want to push my squats as much as I had originally planned. Still not bad since I easily hit 92% of Sleeve 1RM. I decided to just sleeve and belt up so no wraps on any of these singles. I broke out the sleeves with 465 and added the belt for the 505 single. I abridged the workout today and lightened the weights.

WAVE 1 WEEK 1
SQUAT/ DEADLIFT DAY

Squat~ 145x5, 145x5, 235x3, 325x1, 415x1, 465x1, 505x1, 555x1, f.drop 505x1
RDL~ 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 335x5, 355x5, 375x5
Glute Bridge~ skipped
H.S. IsoRow~ 135x10, 135x9​

For the first time ever.... I almost shat myself squatting. SS was laughing about it.
Boys are gross.

RR and I have discussed---the fairer sex just pees. Harder to clean up but waaaayyy less smelly.

LOL... And this is partly why I didn't push past the 555. I was supposed to hit 600 but that kind of strain would have definitely pushed me over the limit. Also, being sick makes everything feel way heavier then it actually is.

That was just a bad day due to me being sick and the diarrhea I had been experiencing the night before. I won't lie though... I'll be keeping an extra set of clothes with me from now on.

Nice hashtag, lol......

Well.... guess what? I'm still stick and my BP was ready to make me go nuclear yesterday and the day before. I felt better today finally. I think I know why this happened and I corrected it. So since I'm less than 100%, I lowered my numbers and shortened my workout. Still, all in all it was a good day. I also had some work training today which caused me to shorten my workout.
