This video is for Goliac. Sam is 00:40 in this video. He looks anything but "normal". You have A LOT of big lifters in your city. If you want to take your training even further it's not hard to find them.

Belated best wishes to you an your lady. The first ten years are usually the most tumultuous, unless you marry a Sicilian, like I did. Forty-one years, and I still haven't been paroled. [Sigh]

LOL... The real work begins in a day. You get to see the layout though. Thinking this should be fun. Friday's are going to suck though... squat and then pull. Good thing I'll have 2 days of rest after that day.

Going to start training tomorrow. I had to meet with the City and with the Police Dept. I'm working on building relationships with my business and the city so needless to say that meeting just ended.... began at 8am and with it being noon I'm not going to make it to the gym today. SS needs me to take her to the Russian embassy so I'll knock that out now so no more set backs this week.

If I can build a relationship with the city that means A LOT more money for my company which means... they better give me a end of the year raise.

You think Sicilian are crazy... You should meet a Lebanese woman. I'm not talking about one who grew up here in the US. I'm talking about one who lived their whole life in Lebanon and then moved here. Crazy to a whole new level but also fun.

Well, I work up wanting to die. My allergies combined with being sick is a horrible combination. I decided that no matter what I was getting in there and doing my 5x5 on pulls. I cut the rest of the workout short but still a good training session.

I'm just a pharmacist. Who suffers from year round, sometimes vertigo inducing allergies. My magic (pending no allergies on your side):

Allegra
Nasonex
Benadryl at night
Short acting sudafed 30m prior to training (no other stims)
Nasal GEL per instructions
Eye drops
Mad mad water
Humidifier
Home air filters

Hopefully that does the trick. Start Allegra 2 weeks prior to allergy season. Good luck mate.

Also hear you re: Lebanese. Dated one in college and MAN was I literally property.
