Well.... guess what? I'm still stick and my BP was ready to make me go nuclear yesterday and the day before. I felt better today finally. I think I know why this happened and I corrected it. So since I'm less than 100%, I lowered my numbers and shortened my workout. Still, all in all it was a good day. I also had some work training today which caused me to shorten my workout.
