First day back to the gym since being sick and moving to a new house. Took it a little easy at first to test the waters.
Squat: 5x2, 275...5x2, 315
Split squat: 10x10, 105

Good enough for me. Had to qork thr night shift tonight. Still feel a little off but loads better then last few days.

Hey cfm, for sure man a good board . And thanks. Im actually about 15 lbs heavier right now then in pic. I bulked to 220 for a pl meet . started cutting cals again for a cruise this summer. I wanna look better then in this pic this summer.

Had an absolute shit night in the gym.
Went for 500x3 on dl. Missed it. I cant even remember the last time i missed 500....

Dropped down to 405x3. 405x2, felt heavy still and had very little motivation. Finished 3 sets of 315x2.
Really just wanted to leave. Pushed through final lifts.
