Bench: 245, 5x5 Flat dumbell press: 70 lb dumbells, 8x10 (went to failure on 8th rep) 65, 2x10 Pull ups: 5x7 Tricep pushdown: 100, 5x15 Lowered my trt from 200 to 100 dose, also no more halo so gonna lose some strength.
Once again short on time , i didnt get a chance to eat today yet either, a cup of coffee and out the door. Ill need to catch up on all of my accessory work before the weeks end. Bench: 285x3, ( almost didn't get 3rd rep, but my ass stayed on the seat so i was happy with it, just no speed going up grinding the whole way. 275, 4x2.
Work kicked my ass today. I was totally zapped and felt it in the rack. Squat: 365 x 3 (almost didnt make it up 3rd time) 335, 2x2 315, 2x2 Split squat: 95 , 10x10 Hamstring curl: 70, 5x15 Hypertension: 50 lbs kettlebell., 5x10
Thurs night after work only had time for bench. Had to go pick my dad up from airport. Bench: 10x2, 245. Tonight's. I had gone through my reps on dl the strictest ive ever done them. No bounce , purely resetting each time. Deadlift:405, 4x5, 5th set dropped down to 315 because my hams were shot. Goodmorning: 135, 5x7 Legpress: 200, 5x10 Longpull:120, 4x10
