I'll be following the log and piping in whenever I can ... and I'll start by saying, this will crush your soul. But it will make you strong. Just don't take too long adding in generous amounts of post-training rolling and heat therapy for recovery. Sooner rather than later, Silvs. Especially if you are adding in hypertrophy stuff.
