Funny.......you have a chest/back day and I've always had a back/tri day.

Always called this one my ego day, get a pump on both sides of the arm.

Its just how the program is written. Im sure zilla had a reason haha. I love this training tho. Seriously its been perfect for me.

Was super tired from work. Still made it. Thats a win i gusss
