Thanks GK. But 40 lbs is about the same as the weight I lost during the past 4 months, so it doesn't feel like that much.

You and I both my friend lol! Awesome sets today bro. I fatigue fast on pull-ups and can only usually get about 6 reps each set. That's good work man. And the 255 for higer reps is stout man. Keep killin it

Strongman training

Trisets of:

A. Overhead Press Axle
114 x 4
210 x 1 x 3 sets (these were front grip cleans and presses, so no more Continental Cleans for me!)

B. Overhead Press Log
180 x 4
210 x 1 x 3 sets

C. Heavy DB Cleans
skipped the first set of these
125 x 4 x 3 sets


Farmer Carry
250 per hand x 70' x 3 sets

supersetted with
Keg Carry
200# x 70 x 3 sets

My Time per set improved over the workout:
48s
43.7s
35.49s

My trainer did his last set in about 25 seconds, so I have a long ways to go!
