Nice to see the switch up. That looks like it was rough! Those are some heavy ass farmer carries. Were those dumbbells? I'd love to be able to hold that much and move. Good work bro

The farmer walks are with 6" pipes that have handles in the middle, and 2" pipes for olympic plates on each end. Basically like small logs with handles that stand up off them. 500 is about all I can get up off the ground, but once I have it off the ground I am gtg for the length of the room (35' up set them down, turn around pick them back up and 35' back).

Had more gas in the tank but ran out of time due to running my mouth again. . . Gotta get started on time in the morning from now on instead of talking!

You can block pull more, I'm sure of it.

I was supposed to get 10 each on these, but they were so heavy for me that I did them as rest pause sets. Fricken Brutal! I love it when my trainer pushes me like that. . .
