I haven't been logging my workouts due to the fact I am too lazy to get up off my sofa to grab my journal when I log on here. So today I decided to man up and post my workouts from the past week:

ran out of time so I skipped my last two exercises. I gotta start making my arms more of a priority!

Monday December 17

Tuesday December 18

I had an excellent strongman Saturday today.

Log Vipers
210 x 3 x 3

Deadlift
495 x 3 x 3
585 x 1 (this is near my 1rm of 625# from a couple years back so this means I am getting my mojo back!)

Sandbag Carry 260 x 2 x 100'
with 100meter on the rowing machine: 63.8 seconds and 60.1 seconds (these were slow compared to the younger competitiors who had 37 seconds or so each, because my picks were slow as heck).

We also did 230 x 5sets x 12reps incline bench presses on a viking overhead press machine.

It was a good day of training!
