*shoulder pain. Slow/controlled descent is where alot of pain comes from. Im lowering the bar rather quickly now and catching it at chest before settling it and doing next rep. Not ideal but it doesn't hurt as much either.

Little of both. When the pain bothers you too much, maybe try a looser version like a push press or jerk. It would allow for some overload without pain.

Very cool, thanks man! I'll venture out to the garage for these next wk. I've been doing mine all seated due to low ceilings. Vids looked good, I'm pretty pumped on trying these
