Week didnt go as planned. Tuesday had sweats/chills all day, Wednesday was kids bday party, and today was just going good thru the motions. It's only going to get rougher from here for next few months

Bet those delts were on fire! I've always loved the Bb front raises over isolated raises. They do so much more for me

Not on fire but not in pain either I will be sticking with these vs db's

Good choice. I'll still toss some db's in occasionally, or some kind of variation. Really dig cables for delt raises. It's a lot harder for me to cheat with them.

Rows were a huge fukn surprise! Shoulder been tight af today but zero pain yesterday pressing. Wall angles and stick stretches did nothing, band pull aparts was where it was. Making chicken and shrimp in lemon cream sauce for dinner.
