I have been training since October. I eat pretty clean. A typical day:
Meal 1: ww english muff, 2 egg whites, ff chz, turkey sausage (i make it into a sandwich)
Meal 2: 6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 3: ww bread, or ww wrap, 4oz deli turkey, or roast beef
Meal 4: 1 cup cottage cheese...
