Deadlifts
495 x 3 x 3 at home with a stiff bar. I was surprised how much harder the stiff bar made them!

I hear you. I have discovered Age is not as much of a barrier as other things, like consistency, diet, and just plain old good technique! Good luck!

I hear you. I have discovered Age is not as much of a barrier as other things, like consistency, diet, and just plain old good technique! Good luck!

The only thing I think age really hampers is recovery imo. It just slows down recovery but that can be circumvented by really hammering conditioning to aid in the recovery process.
