Listen to your body, young lady!

I will for sure. At the moment I'm just chalking it up to an off day. I think I'll switch to full body next week and pull out all the isolation work.

Would love to OHP with quarters again...if my shoulder wasn't constantly telling me to "fuk off!!" :D

Thanks guys! :)

Nice lifting despite the off day. I have found that some of my best lifting comes either after a deload, or right after I've ended a lousy lifting day prematurely ... thereby getting in a little extra recovery. That's my way of agreeing with Uncle Al. Heh.

Good stuff in here and good music too.

If you need the deload, nothing wrong with taking a break. Most usually come back stronger

Thanks guys. I was feeling good all day yesterday and I'm sicker than a dog today. Probably explains the meh session on Tues. Today I'm resting, napping and doing nothing.

I find that excessive amounts of food help kill ill feelings and "meh-ness"

That and some decent rest time. Hope you get back to 100% soon and smash some more shyt up

It's funny how lifting can sometimes clue one in on the fact that he or she is getting sick before the otherwise perceptible symptoms start to manifest. Hopefully, it's a bug your immune system kills off quickly. If not, just keep eating and resting.

I'm slacking on the music for sure! :) I'm feeling much better. I got a good night sleep and went to a powerlifting meet in CT early today. Met up with some friends and had a great time!
