Thanks, Kim. I can see the progress. Separation coming in nicely, especially in your quads. Mass is still impressive, in spite of the weight loss. Obviously, your diet and hard work with relatively heavy weight are paying off. Keep up the good work.

Yup, the effort is definitely apparent to me. Looking great. It looks like a good 8-10 weeks out picture from what I've seen on the boards here.

Thanks everyone much appreciated. :) I'm down a total of 9 lbs and I'll continue dieting till the end of June to see where it takes me. I'm not dieting through the summer. I've spent too many decades constantly dieting down for shows, shoots, etc...I'm at the point where it's more of a been there done that and honestly it's not that exciting for me anymore. I just want to train hard, eat within reason so I'm feeling good and enjoy life! I'm a very laid back, low maintenance woman who doesn't need much. :D

Looking solid in the red suit pic. I am no good at even guessing bodyfat percentages or any of that, but looks like you are fairly lean. Legs look like they are popping pretty good. bicep/triceps got some lines between :D

Also love the volume and music with these workouts.
