I like this one... great back and bis workout. Honestly, If you've never tried it, check it out. The only problem is that as you get stronger you have to start lookin for bigger women....or multiple women, whatever you're in the mood for.

They are no deadlift, but side laterals are one of my favs. Simple and effective.

Busting your ovaries, but powerlifters really don't use a smith machine for bench :)

true as a powerlifter I wouldn't use that machine for anything other than holding my belt. BTW my fave lift is BENCH because I can really win a meet here. MOst women have a shitty bench.

yeah,i do alot of low reps myself....Hers a layout of my bench routine that i pretty much do every time...............
5 sets of 5 with 365
5 sets of 5 with 405
5 sets of 3 with 455
5 sets of 3 with 465
3 sets of 20 with 315
2 sets of 50 with 225
Sometime i might throw in some flys ...useing like 40s for countless reps ...meaning i dont count...I stop when i get tired.....dw

damn man, no wonder you are an animal.
that is a lot of reps

I like the way squats make me feel after doing them, but i like to bench because it is my best lift and i hate deadlifts because it is my worst lift

Deadlifts for me also, but, secretly, I also do enjoy smith machine bench.

Shit I'm not gonna lie, I cant pick just one or 2 I can tell you this though, I cant stand CARDIO!!!

Deadlift because it is the only lift I get to move up from the pink weights. :)

Love to feel heavy weight and squats seems to provide that for me.

Deads...then squats....the only reason why bench isn't so good...long monkey arms! But, that said...am doing better at bench all the time! Technique...all technique!
