Got up pretty early this morning and hit back pretty heavy: 7 total sets of rack pulls; 4 sets of medium-wide pullups; 5 total sets of bb bent rows; 3 sets each old school t-bar rows (medium-narrow parallel grip) and machine low rows; and a couple of sets of med-wide pulldowns.
Did chest last night - 6 total sets BB flat bench, 4 sets BB incline, 3 sets DB incline, and 2 sets seated machine BP.
