Today was Chest and Back for me. Best workout that I have had in awhile! Coming back from some injuries.

Today was leg day #1. Leg curlsx5, Squatsx6, leg press/calf raise x 5, seated calf/body weight lungesx5, another 5 sets leg curls to finish.

Today was back and bi's. 2 sets trx rows warmup, 7 sets rack pulls, 7 sets chins with 5 second negatives, 4 sets trx row, 3 sets seated cable rows, 2 sets plate shrugs, 8 super sets alt db curls/seated calf raise. All on 2 minute interval timer. Blaze!!!!!!

"Light" Quads today:
1) Barbell squats - > 4x10
2) Bodymasters machine squats - > 1x10, 1x12, 1x15
3) Leg press - > 1x10, 1x12, 1x15
4) Hack squat - > 1x10, 1x12

Legs were yesterday; Back Squat, Front Squat, Paused Squats, and Glute Bridges.

last week sucked cuz of work so had to do shoulder/back and hams yesterday!!! Tonight is my normal night off....tomorrow quads baby :)
