Incredible workout!!! You are impressive brother!!!

It was rough I can say that much. By the way I'm down to 201.8 now. I won't know until the end of next week or so about my BF %

10% then I'll go from there. Like I said before I've never done this before so I'm not sure where I want to end up. I just want to look good for the summer with muscle instead of hiding what little muscle I have lol.

Rope pull downs

Single arm triceps extension behind the head DB

I didn’t feel so good today. Sinus issues and just felt drained (weak).
Decided to have a cheat meal tonight so I ate 1 whole little Caesars pepperoni pizza. LOL made me feel better.

Nutrition

Meal 1
- 1 WW Sandwich round
- 3Tbsp. Natural P-Butter Low sodium
- 1 ½ scoop of protein
- Water: 1 quart

Meal 2
- 22 pecan halves
- Nature valley oats n honey
- Water: 1 quart
Meal 3
- 6oz. grilled pork chops
- 5oz. green beans
- 3oz. mashed sweet potato
- Water: 1 quart

ROFLBO yeah 315 I can usually get it 3 times but 1 felt extremely heavy.

Great work brother!!! Listen to your body! I was feeling horrible for a few days. I took a couple sips of coke. I haven't had coke in a year but my body said it needed that to heal and coke has healed me before so I did...and it worked. My workout was not missed.

So, enjoy that pizza and hope it helped.

You are very strong. Do you know that?

lying leg curls (partials) full extesion to halfway, half way to full contraction

will post chest workouts later.. I've got to go to work.
