Ok chest PM workout

Incline, decline, flat DB
- 4x10x70

Incline DB fly (trying to isolate upper pecs)
- 4x10x30

Standing cable flys (using ropes on each side on bottom pulleys pulling from behind you pull arms close to body keeping arms fairly straight then move them to chin level the. Rotate wrist outward)
- 4x10x30

Great workout brother!!! Can't believe you hit that after what you did this morning.

Get the liquid chalk. Its critical.

I use real chalk and love it...after years of using the "Bitch mittens". Never heard that term before but it gave me a great laugh.

Lol yeah me as well. I'm going to see if I can find that liquid chalk.

Yeah that workout was pretty though this morning. I wanted to do more tonight but it was time to instruct my wife with legs.

Spider Curls with BB

Spider curls with EZ bar using narrow grip
- 1x10x40lbs of plats
- 1x10x60

SUPERSET:
Seated Heavy DB Hammer Curls
- 2x10x60

OH Cable bicep curls

- 1x10x50
- 1x10x40

Bent over DB concentration curls (curl toward armpit)

Wednesday - shoulders

BB military press
- 3x10x95
- 1x20x95

BB front press
- 4x10x95

Arnold DB press
- 1x10x30
- 1x10x40
- 1x10x50

Superset:
Reg DB shoulder press
- 4x10x40
Incline rear delts with DB
- 4x10x20
Seated bent arm lateral DB raises
- 1x15x20

Shrugs with DB. Hold for a count of 10 at top of contraction.
- 4x10x40
