Been workng a lot and kind of late so it's been making my workouts a little short lately.

Sorry it hasn't been as detailed. I've been so busy lately with work. Oh by the way, finally down to 200.4 lbs. :-D

Sorry guys I've been out of pocket since Wednesday. My father inlaw had to have surgery on his liver for cancer on Thursday. My wife and I stayed with them until today. So no gym and didn't eat very well. Getting back on routine tomorrow.

well, I'm sorry I've been away for awhile but I've been extremely busy with work and had to take a few weeks off from the gym. But, I got in a decent workout yesterday. My clean eating hasn't been that great either so I won't post my nutrition info just yet until I can get back in the groove of things.

Thanks bull. Its good to be missed lol. I honestly have to say that I did miss posting and talking with everyone. I'm getting ready to do a travel assignment in NC in my field (surgical technology). I find out the details hopefully Monday. So, I'm getting back into travel nursing again. Its been 2 years since I've done this so I'm a little nervous about it LOL. But, it'll be fine.
