A lot of work in here!

I'm always careful with Arnold presses or any shoulder exercise because my right shoulder is a little off.

But wow! Great work!

10-4 on enjoying the sun. its been nice here. Yesterday it rained all day and pretty hard at times. Hit those arms hard 5.0!! Make it count.

Thanks bull. I'm now in nags head ,NC. And I can't find a gym anywhere. I need some help lol. I'm working an 8 week contract at a hospital up here in surgery. So I need to keep my gym time up.

Yeah I did. All that pulled up where YMCA and health clubs like planet fitness. Only three of them and they kind of far out. I don't know today is my first day at this hospital so I'll check with them and see what they advise.

Hello everyone. It's been a long while since I've been trying on here. Work has been really busy here on the outer banks of North Carolina. You'll be pleased to know that I finally made it to a gym today. It's been nearly 2months since I've worked out. It sucked to say the least lol. I had to give up bcc I started getting nauseated lol (I've become a pansy lol, but not for long).

Cardio
26 min

Chest-dumbbell
Flat-
1-12-50
3-10-70

Incline
2-10-60
2-10-40

Rest periods b/w sets were 30sec. Then gave it up. It's gonna take a few weeks to get back shape to perform well in the gym. I may need to back the at down and work my way up

Nutrition
It hasn't been the best bc I'm living out of a motel for 9 weeks.

Country style breakfast ( bc I was on call and working last night and today and didn't feel like cooking.

Lunch
-Romain lettuce 5 oz
-tuna 5oz
-broccoli 3oz
-mozzarella 2oz
-2 Tbsp balsamic dressing
- WW tortilla wraps 3oz

Post workout snack
-banana
-nature valley oats n honey
-17oz of water
