bench day! hit a pr on my 5x5's. i dont think until recently i had been putting in as much effort as i could have been. im still learning how strong i am and limits so i tried out 245 5x5 and it was a success.
bench: 245, 5x5
Bulgarian split squat: 50 lb dumbells, x3
fatigue drop: 25 lb dumbells, 4x3
standing ovhd press: 135 x 7
rep drop: 135x 4x5
