Well I made a dumb ass mistake and ate at 11 am. Then forgot to eat again. Went to the gym at 7 pm and did bench 15x2 with 255. I gassed on on the 12th set and went to failure. Luckily I was able to get it to the 2nd set.of pins so I wasnt pinned there begging someone to walk over. I shut it down after this.

Squats: 315, 5x5
Dimmel deadlift : 275 x10, felt like I hit a wall at the end. Tried 225 could only get 5 reps then my back was pumping like crazy. Shut it down after that. Went and soaked in a hot tub
Been out for a little while. Been working the last 7 days and finished an 80 hr work week this morning.
Went to the gym ready to smash some iron.
Deadlift : 15x2, 425. Around the 10th set it really got hard. Grinded it out to 15 and walked outa there thinking I might throw up.
really busy with life lately. Went all weekend to a bachelor party in lake travis.
Dove season opened up .been fishing like a madman.

So in the vid looks like my depth is garbage. I'm convinced its the angle. In the mirror to me it looked good. But then I asked a couple of guys and they said looks parallel. I need a better way of filming. But I try to do it on the downlow. Most people just think you're being a tool for videoing, like I'm some ego monster.
