IMHO, if it looked good in the mirror than it probably wasn't good...depth should almost always be based on a routinely established "feel"...it'll come with time, but I've gotten to a point where I can tell whether I buried a Squat, or just broke parallel (my glass EGO won't let me SKWAAT high, )

Deadlift: 405 , 5x5. Which is a pr for me. Not only an extra rep but more sets then Ive been able to do.
Floor press : 100 lb dumbells, 5x5 another or for me.

Lost a bit of weight from b4. 250 to 210.
Bench last night was
275 x3
Rep drop: 4x2
Incline dumbel press: 75's 10x10
Shrugs: 5x7
Dips: 5x15
