Two days one post.
Today went pretty good.
Dl: 405 x 3.
AMRAP: did 405 4 times. Didn't realize it was supposed to be a fatigue drop.
AMRAP: 365 x 6.
Incline bench : 185, 5x5
Rack pull : 315, 6x5.
Today
Bench: 245, 15x2
Box squat: 275, 5x5
Ovhd press: 60 lb dumbells, 5x7
Rep drop : 4x5
Not a bad session.in feel like my bench jumped a few pegs thst 245 felt somewhat lighter then it had in the past.

because im on day 4 of working 7 days straight. just gotta try to keep up with sleep. no staying up to watch the bachelor.

squat: 295, 5x5. i think the practice and advice from you guys is paying off! didnt lift my heel once today. now just needa focus on going deeper into the hole. twss?
bulgarian split squat: 25 lb dumbells, 5x7

Isolation day. Wave 1 week 3 day 4.
Lawnmower pulls : 60 lb dumbells, 5x10
Tricep pushdown : 100 lbs, 5x10
Good mornings: 95 lbs, 5x10
Reverse curls : 60 lb curl bar, 5x10
Abductor machine : 150 lbs, 5x10

i didnt have much time b4 work today. today was my 7th day in a row working 12's so i slept in a little before work tonight.
i was only able to complete my deadlifts. but i think i pushed myself harder then im used to.
deadlift: 415, 15 x 2.

Finished up the rest of yesterday's workout today.
Deficit deadlift : 275 x 5
Fatigue drop: 245, 4x4.
Floor press : 80 lb dumbells, 5x5

Thanks coach. Honestly when I got to the 7th set I wasn't sure if I was gonna make it to 15. Some how just kept pushing them out. Feel like things are really starting to come around.

bench day! hit a pr on my 5x5's. i dont think until recently i had been putting in as much effort as i could have been. im still learning how strong i am and limits so i tried out 245 5x5 and it was a success.
bench: 245, 5x5
Bulgarian split squat: 50 lb dumbells, x3
fatigue drop: 25 lb dumbells, 4x3
standing ovhd press: 135 x 7
rep drop: 135x 4x5
