Squats: 275, 15x2. Really focused on slowing down and practicing form. I've my heel went up these sets it was only once or twice . Really focused on screwing my feet and pushing with the sides.
Bulgarian split squat : 25 lb dumbells, 5x7.
Jesus h Christ man these killed me more then the regular squats.
