I am horrible at logging my endurance work.
Went for some hill sprints today and a nice long walk.It is sunny and cool out.Our rain is on the way and I am trying to take advantage of the last few sunny days we will get.I don't mind training in the rain but it makes me appreciate the nice days.

Nothing would get done for 9 months up here if we didnt do anything in the rain.
Zack wrote me a letter from bootcamp.Apparently he got yelled at for not having a coat on in the rain.He said "Mom it was misting out not even rain" . But yet if it gets over 80 here we are all dying LOL.
