I enjoyed it.they arent doign classes right now. I have been working on conditioning at home doing hill sprints and sledge hammer "slams?" I think the best part for me was it got me better conditioned so when I have to do it on my own it isnt such a shock to the sytsem
I am definetly stronger on the 8 inch than I am on the 12 kinda surprised by this.It's been awhile since I have used the 8 and almost knocked myself out on the 165 clean.I know I have to be faster with the 8 on the clean. Worked up to 175 .
