10/08: 50mg Prop L Bicep, medial head
750mcg MethylTren, 50mg Proviron....spaced throughout day

10/09: 50mg Prop, 250mg Cyp L Lateral Delt

40mcg IGF1-LR3 split bilaterally in lateral bicep heads
