Felt sick going into the gym, a weird uneasy feeling. Figured out that the protein drink I had gotten earlier was spoiled.....

Decision Time

Ya bro, the pukin' rally was 2 days ago.....I got rid of the tub of protein that made me sick. Had a strong chest workout yesterday and did good back 2day. Thanx for checkin' in tho.

Glad you bounced back man...and how's the little guy lately? He must be getting big fast. You should get your money back for the bad protein though
