Great workout! I was at a strange gym with no chalk and it makes it a lot harder. My hands sweat bad and the bar slips. Scary.
You had huge intensity and it was an wild day!

I got the same issue, I am a sweaty bastard. If I have to revisit this place I think I will strap up.

Bench day today, I was crunched for time and had to be in and out within 45 minutes but I got it done.

bench

Cg bench

Triceps push downs super set with face pulls

70 x 12/ 70 x 12 I did this set 3 times

Reverse pec deck

115 x12
115 x 12
115 x12

And 1 pull up at the end.

Done. In and out in 45 min.

Deadlift. Belt still hasn't come in, I ordered it last Thursday. C'mon Inzer!

The deads went up pretty smooth and easy when I was in the groove. I really feel my technique improving.

Overhead press- I kinda did a reset here and dropped some weight on them.

My right trap has been causing me a bit of pain lately, it really hurts when I lock out on these presses.

Db rows superset with lat pull downs and face pulls

Done.
