Kind of the same thing if she's from the coast, no???

You got to live a nice big salty clam.

Anyways, I did some bench with UHC today.

Warm up and then onto working sets.

3 sets of 5 with 295. My 3 and 4th reps on the last set were a bit of a grind, then I cramped up bad in the lower back area on the descent. The cramp hurt so bad that the 5th rep just shot up after the touch. I might need to learn how to induce those cramps.

Cg bench

1 set of 5 @225.

Rear delt peck deck 4 sets of whatever.

4 sets of face pulls superset with push downs.

Done!

Nice job today dude. YOu won't get those cramps once you're on a real bench. YOu cramped because you're sliding and trying to stay locked in and probably losing leg drive. WHen you hop on the Forza, your leg drive will be so much better that you'll stay tighter without squeezing as much if that makes sense

Adipowers just came, and then I did. Wearing them right now. When I heard the delivery guy ring the doorbell I shot up out of my chair like I had a rocket up my ass. I proceeded to run to the door faster than I have moved in the last 3 years.

Floating a log

I cussed at the FedEx driver this afternoon because he left my street without dropping mine off.

Turns out UPS delivered them.
:athrashi:

Edit: I got the Powerlift 2.0s not the ones you have... :-(

Today I was focusing on deadlifts. I am currently lacking a belt and working out at a place with no chalk or deadlift bars but other than that I got no complaints. My belt is on order from inner and I will be upgrading gyms at the end of the month.

Deads- I was really working on form and trying to be explosive and grease that groove. I was working with probably 75% of my current max which should be going up substantially in the next few weeks.

135 x5
225x5
275x5
315x3
365x1
375x5
375x5
375x5

The deads really flew up once I got past my knees. I felt like I was really accelerating the bar well. I am excited to see what I will be able to accomplish in the next few weeks. The hardest part was maintaining a decent grip with no chalk.

Overhead press

45x5
95x5
135x5
155x2
180x5

right shoulder was feeling a bit cranky so I ended it there. I wanted to get a couple more sets in with 180 but I decided to take it easy.

DB rows superset with lat pull downs and face pulls.

Db120s x6/ lat pulls 150x10/ FP 140x12
120s x8/ 150x10/140x12
120sx5/150x8/140x12

At this point I was a sweaty mess and sucking wind. This says more about my general conditioning than the intensity of the work out. This was it for today.

Another one switches to squatting with Oly shoes..... Muah ha ha ha ha.... slowly converting everyone.

You'll find it actually easier to squat and press in your Oly shoes. I've been wearing the Adipowers for years and it's a damn solid shoe (good choice).

Just my .02 Pawg but if you are training your dl for explosiveness and it's only 375 on the bar it's not as though you are really working your grip. one of the few times I would say go ahead and use straps.

I should be ok from here on it because I will be moving to a gym that allows chalk. Good call on the straps if I ever have to go back to tis place.

Great workout! I was at a strange gym with no chalk and it makes it a lot harder. My hands sweat bad and the bar slips. Scary.
You had huge intensity and it was an wild day!
