Went to my new gym today and it was great. I got to train with UHC and POB today. It was great POB is really helping me get my squat right.

I'm starting to feel better about my squat, I really worked on sitting back, chest up and knees out. I feel good about that today.

Nice log, PH. Does sound pretty cool you are able to train with those guys. I would love to spend a couple of sessions with some of the guys on this board. Soak it up, learn a lot and enjoy!

Glad to have you aboard pawg. That squat and deadlift are going to start moving pretty quick so long as you remember your queues.

So, I hear you are huge! Great workout bro and glad to hear your squat is getting corrected. Mine always needs correction because I have a tight hip that cause my right foot to turn out. Wish I had such a great crew as you have. Enjoy that. And once again...Excellent!!

Great work Pawg. I think it's awesome that you get to work out with UHC and POB. They are some awesome brothers and very intelligent. They know their shit. Equally as awesome that they get to workout with you. You three are going to kill it

It is a work in progress and I need to get my form right so I can move some weight.

Bull,

I'm not that big, just a tall guy with a bit of meat on him. Squat will get better. And it is awesome to get to train with such a solid crew.

trained with my new crew today. I'm starting to train for a meet in October. I'm not sure if I am going to do bench only or a full meet. POB, tinkered with my feet today on the bench and has me benching on a flat foot now as opposed to be up on my toes. It felt a little different but the weight seemed to move up quick.

Nice work man!

With your feet flat I think you might feel more stable on the bench.

Great Day Great workout! Loved the unknown weight. I have that sometimes. Because im drunk and out of it. Not on booze mind you. Drunk on endorphins and totally zoned.

Keeping your feet flat made a HUGE difference in speed since I've seen you bench. More drive and much tighter.

As far as the meet, I support whatever you want to do. You need some work on squat and pulls....but between POB, myself and the Ukranian, you know we'll help for whatever you decide and max that effort.

Otherwise, I'll train you to be my pump up guy for October and we can find another meet for you by year end.

No not my fluffer lol.
