I can't understand what that bold part means as far as weight, sets, reps. Caught my attention cause women that front squat tend to have smokin legs and asses. I love front squatting. And I have smokin legs lol

POB yeah I don't know what the bold is either.
Maybe my subconscious was highlighting the fact this is half of my normal sq weight (although never at over 8....)

You tried any NPP or deca for spinal disc lubrication? what did you do to your discs? If you need something to help the pain I can mail you some kratom, take a little will alleiviate the pain and help you sleep. Thats the only thing I use it for, my joints are in a constant of WTF because of my job and my powerlifting habit.

Hey Superman, thanks for the suggestions. I've never tried NPP, or anything else, for my joint pain. I was hoping that the EQ would do the trick, but no dice.

I really want to start rocking some regular massage, as well as more from rolling, stretching, physical therapy. What kind of cream do you suggest? I'll gladly take the help!
