Good progress! Posing suggestions - make your shoulders the wide point - imagine strings attached at the furthest outward edge of your delts and pulling up and out, chest up & out and let arms hang naturally / relaxed from the shoulders. You want the Y shape and when you consciously make your elbows the widest part as you're holding your arms out, you get an O shape and your delts disappear.

Cardio: elliptical intervals x30
Then sprint drills x25

Then avoided junk and booze all day.

2. Military press front shrug cable delt rear flye reverse shrug
3. Side cable pull front raise upright flye slow front rope pull

Yeah that was a 35m party.

Then 60 m elliptical party c vest.

Headed to an all day babysitting Fest with 3 16 year olds....tuna packets and almonds will be my best friends.

Chest tris squats.
I am exhausted from yesterday---3 16 year olds at an amusement park for 14h on 4h of sleep (and a restricted diet) is ridiculous.

Bench ss bench squats (no box avail)
135/185 10x5

Inc bench ss curls 95/30s pauses 10x5

Floor press ss hammers 40/25 10x5

Cable flye ss OH rope pull 10/40 10x4

Close grip ss AB rope pulls 95/40 10x3

Squat party 135 x10 30s rest various types.

Cardio 60m c vest, most likely dog jog later.

My quads aren't separating---I realize this is a lot of diet so more sprint drills (will start religiously tomorrow) are in order.

I'm trying to balance cardio with not destroying my knees and strangely calves, which are just pissed off from so much work recently.

Oh well, we (in the words of the Robert Randolph band) press on.....

What part of your quads aren't seperating? Whats your diet look like?
