I am exhausted from yesterday---3 16 year olds at an amusement park for 14h on 4h of sleep (and a restricted diet) is ridiculous.

Cardio 60m c vest, most likely dog jog later.
My quads aren't separating---I realize this is a lot of diet so more sprint drills (will start religiously tomorrow) are in order.
I'm trying to balance cardio with not destroying my knees and strangely calves, which are just pissed off from so much work recently.
Oh well, we (in the words of the Robert Randolph band) press on.....
