Afternoon-cardio. And practicing lecture.
30m treadmill 2m 3.5 1m 7.5 incline 1.0 at halfway switched on to 8.0
30m with vest hill setting 3.0/3.6 with vest x30 90s off 60s on. Level 15. Feet cramps. Wtf.

Evening:
Inc bench 10x8 warms 1 65/85
Ss flat bench 10x8 warms 1 95/115

Ouch

So today got a bit buggard; three hour flight delay ****ed my night totally. Prednisone is totally not helping---just preventing me from sleeping like I so desperately need to.

Am session, was planning on solid pm cardio when I landed but that got all ****y.

Wheels.
Man are my legs fried---L lower back says don't increase weight and decrease reps. :(

NOT SLDL due to back. Trying to et smarter in old age. No cardio. Back hurts too badly. That was a cardio workout.

Tomorrow will be a double dose of cardio

2h cardio day.
Am-60m treadmill 3.5 at 7.0-9.0 w 20lb in bookbag.

Pre dinner-1h jog outside one song jog one song off. No real monitoring just got out so I wouldn't take a nap or eat something.

I actually like lifting in the morning and Wish I could do legs in the am also.....not so much.

Lecture went well, business proposals.....not so much.

If I had my own consulting firm I am not quite sure what it would be called but I feel as though our slogan would be "We get shit done!"---in direct contrast to current legally bound bullshit.

Must lift heavy tomorrow, I hear this is good for frustration.

Yesterday was completely unintentional off day due to flight issues. Oh well.

I'm on less than 50g carbs/day.
And upped cardio to 7h/week. After today 6h to go---putting together treadmill that was delivered this am tonight.

Sq 135 10x10 30s rest then tried to teach a kid to squat.
