Thanks man!
I hate lifting light and hate cardio worse.
God gave me a set of shit genes, trying to show everyone what I'm working with.

The support of everyone on here seriously does help, at home people just don't get it.

Hey Superman, thanks for the suggestions. I've never tried NPP, or anything else, for my joint pain. I was hoping that the EQ would do the trick, but no dice.

I really want to start rocking some regular massage, as well as more from rolling, stretching, physical therapy. What kind of cream do you suggest? I'll gladly take the help!
Kratom isn't a cream it's a tree leaf. As far as cream you got me beat on what would help for joints. Physical therapists make me sick, I'm a CPT, and PES. I've always found myself to be much more intelligible than physical therapists.

As far as foam rolling a fullbody foam roll 4-5x a week is excellent, it takes 30-45 minutes to roll each part of the body effectively so it can be time consuming but it is very easy to complete at night and will greatly enhance your flexibility. I'm not big on static stretching I find it to be quite useless, this however is anecdotal on my part but I've always found it to do nothing to increase my flexibility or alleviate any sort of pain.

People never get it, and most people make me ****ing sick.

Thanks for the tips, Superman. I sincerely wish that I had 30 to 45 minutes of extra time at night to do anything… Trust me if I were given a chance with extra time foam rolling wouldn't be my number one choice :)

I'm really limited on rehab method due to my hectic travel schedule; I'm never in the same place, where I should say rarely in the same place, more than one night at a time.

I am not an escort, so let's clear that up.

My days really are maxed out; I get about 90 minutes a day at the gym, which is an ideal for a contest that schedule, and the diet to which my trainer prescribed me is really only followed due to my travel schedule about three days a week. It's completely ****ed up I'm even considering competing out the possibility, but I'm really really really really really trying to make it work.

I am going to buy a travel foam roller and going to do my best with mobility movements to keep myself in shape; I can't stay on prednisone and my psoas/lumbar is completely ****ed on both sides. In my infinite wisdom I've had too much pride to stop in the past, which is let me to my current situation.

I have 77 days; heading off to my trainer now and I know he's going to try to up my cardio to release 90 minutes a day which just isn't realistic. I'm going to have to go completely keto more than likely, with about 60 minutes a day of cardio and 30 minutes a day of GVT type lifting.

Don't hate the player, hate the game…

Take a lacrosse ball on your travels. Use that to roll out. Takes minutes. Work one area per night.

Damn man, you're a genius! I have several lacrosse balls that have recently fallen victim to my pitbull Diesel. I'll have to pick them up tomorrow and take with me. Thanks for reminding me of the original intention of the purchase!

Here is the problem with methylprednisone, it is very hepatoxic and wrecks the immune system. On top of that, it causes depression and whole host of other cortico-steroid related mood problems. I've always been a proponent of anabolics to fix things not corticosteroids. I can't sit here and explain this without citing my research here is an article related to why I believe the best thing for a spinal disc is nandrolone.

http://www.ocspinaldecompression.co...ion/how-spinal-discs-live-and-breathe-part-3/

Cite the parts where the article talks about synovial fluid and what it contains, now put 2 and 2 together nandrolone causes an upregulation in synovial fluid production. Also, make sure you stay very well hydrated. you are a beautiful woman and very strong, I hope very much so that you do not cut yourself short due to spinal damage/degredation. I do not have a medical degree It's just a suggestion, and I also think most doctors are cocksuckers and I don't believe anything they say. Nobody should listen to me I am insane.(just a disclaimer.)

So
Reading through your log, noticed T3 as well as eq........ Between the 2
my opion is that together your ability to deal with stress has been cut due to
Anxiety rearing its head EVERY time an issue arises.

As super said NPP would probably be better.
Help with disc issues and some feel aggression
,turn that into training.

And just me but I rang EQ for 5 mos. and gotta say
I think it is shit...!
Any way good luck to you and your goals....and yeah POB you got " smokin legs"
But ur ass needs help!
( kidding) LOL

Guys,
Thanks for advice.
To clarify what I'm running:
1. GH (when I'm home---so at this stage may be a moot ****ing point) 1iu qd.
2. Eq 125 mg q5d.
3. Tbol 5mg bidx4 more weeks.

At week 8 (2 more weeks): add var 12.5 mg bid.

At week 6: add clen a la Danny D.

Dropping GH and eq at week 2 (8 weeks from now).

When show is over cleaning out for 4 weeks then will start a new cycle TBD.

Most likely will rock NPP due to these godDAMN injuries. Rest TBD.

Thanks for everythaaaang!
